UPS Healthy Connections - Informed Choices

The health and well-being of UPS people is a priority at UPS. UPS Healthy Connections – Informed Choices is offered through your UPS health plan at no cost to you. The program works on different levels to give you the information and support you need to get the most value from your health care benefits, become a more informed health care consumer, and improve your overall health and wellness.

Who Can Participate?

  • Union-represented UPSers and their dependents enrolled in a UPS-administered health plan.
  • Union-represented pre-age-65 retirees and their dependents enrolled in a UPS-administered health plan.

If you are a UPSer (active or retired) currently covered under a health and welfare plan administered by a multi-employer trust (MET), you are ineligible for the program. You should contact your MET plan sponsor by calling the Plan’s member services number to inquire of the availability of similar care management programs. A member services number is generally located on your medical ID card.
