n-U-trition

The n-U-trition program is your practical guide to nutrition information. It’s been designed by the UPS Healthy Connections–Informed Choices program’s registered dietitians, who strive to motivate you to make changes and enhance your life with quality nutrition.

We’ll provide ongoing topics pertaining to healthy nutrition, including:

· What constitutes a healthy diet
· The management of health conditions
· Grocery-shopping tips

· How to improve your daily eating habits
· Healthy recipes to meet your nutritional needs

Our registered dietitians are specially trained to provide healthy nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy, to maximize your health and wellness. The dietitians won’t endorse particular products, alternative therapies, supplements or pharmaceuticals. Their purpose is to meet your nutritional needs in the most cost-effective manner, to help you reach your healthiest potential without causing you great distress.

Remember, as you begin to make changes toward healthier nutrition, small steps toward your goal may be the most manageable. Try not to become discouraged if some are harder than others. And anytime you need a “refresher” course in healthy nutrition, our n-U-trition program will offer you nutrition guidance at your convenience—you don’t even have to leave home!
